Over 20 years ago, my corporate job was transferred from Ohio to Connecticut. I began to have weekly massages that made me feel so good that I began to give massages to my family and friends. Eventually, I changed careers to be able to give the feeling of being more vibrant and alive to others.
My training includes the therapeutic and medical massage program from the Swedish Institute in Manhattan which includes both Western and Traditional Chinese modalities, as well as workshops in CranioSacral therapy from the Upledger Institute, Lymph drainage from Dr. Bruno CHickly, Structural Integration, Zero Balancing, The Journey, Heart Centered Therapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
I have my own office within a group, The Life Source Holitic Center located at 38A Grove Street, Suite 301 in Ridgefield, CT.
